      FAQs

      After 1–2 days of processing, most orders arrive within 6–12 days total. Each piece is finished and checked before it ships, and you'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way.

      If your piece shows up damaged or defected, email us with the 48 hours with photos and your order number and I'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

      Not at this time. I don't offer custom personalization yet, but I'm hoping to add it in the future. So stay tuned.
